Roto-Rooter is easily the best plumbing company I’ve worked with over the years. It’s clear they invest in training—the professionalism really shows. Every person I interacted with, from the plumbers to the mitigation team, communicated clearly, was polite, and took the time to answer my questions. The entire experience felt organized and customer-focused.
Quick and professional, they knew exactly what was causing the leak and were able to fix it with ease. They were also very kind to my daughter who was interested in what they were doing. Friendly and simple help, thanks again!
Jesse and Jose were great. Very professional and kept me informed about what was going on.
Two thumbs up to Chris! My toilet was leaking down to the basement. He came right in behind a previous technician and corrected the matter that should've been fixed the first time...not to even mention the second time. They say three times is a charm.
Every other place in town was not available to promptly address my broken pipe. Roto-rooter sent a technician as soon as I was finished scheduling the appointment. Rudy did a great job with repairing our broken pipe.
