Technician Mark explained in detail the procedures he was going to use. In addition, he answered all my questions and went out of his way to explain problem, causes and what was needed to bring my home back to where it was before the occurrence.
Mark was super polite and communicated well everything that was going on! He explained things for me so that I could better take care of the plumbing in our home and ensured we’d had no future problems. Arrived within two hours of me calling. Definitely recommend!
The person who came was very good he knows what he’s doing and he was very patience with us. Also came just on time.
We had a bad main line clog that a previous plumber said needed to be dug up and then suggested a small company. We called them but they said it would be a couple days before coming out and it could cost us thousands, depending on the issue. Roto-Rooter came out the same day that I called and flushed the line…
