Five stars for Barry at Rotor- Roooter! I called for an emergency water back up issue at 10am and they had him at my door within the hour. Despite it being a Saturday, he was very friendly, efficient, and fixed the problem quickly. Truly a life-saver!
I had sewage coming up in the bathtubs & shower, meaning my sewage line was totally clogged and we had no working facilities. Could not use any water at all because more sewage would come up! My home warranty company (AHS) did not consider this to be an emergency and was going to send someone in 36 hours. That was…

Patrick came over after hours and was thorough in explaining in detail our exact problem and solved our issue despite the cold weather. He was godsend and we truly appreciate him coming late and solving our huge plumbing issue. Thank you so much!
Grant, is an incredible agent for the plumbing world. He had my best interest at heart and never once tried to upsell me. He came, he addressed and my plumbing was back in action. I think the entire event from indecent to work completed was an hour and a half. Much better than the other agencies. I’m still waiting for them to call me back.
Colton arrived on time told me what he was going to do and git to work. I'm curious guy and stayed with him. The camera showed the problems and Colton got them cleared with the "rooter" and then the pressure washer. The equipment and Colton were both impressive and effective. A quick fix for a potential major problem. Thank you.
