Grant, is an incredible agent for the plumbing world. He had my best interest at heart and never once tried to upsell me. He came, he addressed and my plumbing was back in action. Last night was the worst, flushed my toilet and it backed up into my shower stall, I called Roto-Rooter's emergency line, and first thing the next morning one of their Excavation Specialists, Oscar was there to help clear out my main drainage line! He explained everything well, was super polite, and we got everthing back to normal. I highly reccomend!
