Bob came out from Roto Rooter to our recent new house, for a problem we has with some of our showers draining slowly. He checked everything out and mainly fixed things with education despite my ignorance. He and his company are A+. Highly recommended if you need an honest plumber.
Mr. Bradley Grayson (Licensed Plumber) and Mr. Joseph De La Cruz (Water Restoration Field Supervisor) exceeded my expectations in their plumbing water cleaning services and repairs, reasonable pricing and quick response. Had a great experience with Jesus H. He was highly skilled, communicative and flexible with our schedule and requests. A tough project that was resolved quickly.
Bradley knew what he was doing identified the issue right away and offered us 2 options of how to address the issue. Pipe Doctor came out the day before and jumped to the more expensive option only after about 45 min of searching for the issue. This is the second time we have had good economical results with Roto Rooter.

Ronnie showed up very professional was on point about the whole situation took care of me in a quick way and then was very polite and on time I would definitely use Roto router especially Ronnie Garrett on any job that I need with plumbing.
Last night was the worst, flushed my toilet and it backed up into my shower stall, I called Roto-Rooter's emergency line, and first thing the next morning one of their Excavation Specialists, Oscar was there to help clear out my main drainage line! He explained everything well, was super polite, and we got everthing back to normal. I highly reccomend!

I called roto Ritter plumbing since we had an emergency issue with a shower valve. They sent some one writhing 45 minutes. Jesus and Jose were really helpful and they did an amazing job. I would recommend their service to anyone who needs someone immediately
