This was an emergency. Ruben was prompt, professional and pleasant. Just a perfect experience.
Bob came out from Roto Rooter to our recent new house, for a problem we has with some of our showers draining slowly. He checked everything out and mainly fixed things with education despite my ignorance. He and his company are A+. Highly recommended if you need an honest plumber.
Mr. Bradley Grayson (Licensed Plumber) and Mr. Joseph De La Cruz (Water Restoration Field Supervisor) exceeded my expectations in their plumbing water cleaning services and repairs, reasonable pricing and quick response. Both were friendly, polite, efficient, hardworking and professional. I would recommend both 110% without any hesitation.
Jesus was great and friendly! It was late and Got everything fixed within 30 min. Couldn’t be happier.
Patrick came over after hours and was thorough in explaining in detail our exact problem and solved our issue despite the cold weather. He was godsend and we truly appreciate him coming late and solving our huge plumbing issue. Thank you so much!
Justin was courteous, professional and prompt.
We had a broken cartridge stuck in our shower. Larry was able to fix everything. Very happy with his work.
For the last couple of days, I had been experiencing slow draining in my secondary bathroom. Since I had tried everything myself, I needed the pros to come in before the holidays since I had family coming in to visit. Well, I look up Rotor Rooter and see they had a same day appointment (score!) and I booked it. My…
Had a great experience with Jesus H. He was highly skilled, communicative and flexible with our schedule and requests. A tough project that was resolved quickly.
Bradley knew what he was doing identified the issue right away and offered us 2 options of how to address the issue. Pipe Doctor came out the day before and jumped to the more expensive option only after about 45 min of searching for the issue. This is the second time we have had good economical results with Roto Rooter.
Larry came out from Roto-Rooter to help with diagnosing and fixing leaky / blocked faucets.
Super professional and friendly would use again and recommend to any neighbor!
Jose and Jesus were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed my issue quickly. Very professional. I appreciate their extra attention to detail and outstanding service.
Great, fast, friendly effective service after standing in water in my shower this morning wondering why I was not doing anything about it…
Ronnie and team were very professional & did a great job explaining each step of their process. In addition to fixing the shower they were called to do, they helped us be better informed of future things to watch out for. I would recommend Ronnie and Roto Rooter for your future plumbing needs.
Ronnie showed up very professional was on point about the whole situation took care of me in a quick way and then was very polite and on time I would definitely use Roto router especially Ronnie Garrett on any job that I need with plumbing.
Last night was the worst, flushed my toilet and it backed up into my shower stall, I called Roto-Rooter's emergency line, and first thing the next morning one of their Excavation Specialists, Oscar was there to help clear out my main drainage line! He explained everything well, was super polite, and we got everthing back to normal. I highly reccomend!
"Had a problem early in the morning and was able to get it fixed fast. I will definitely be calling on Roto-Rooter again. "
A great experience, will be my future go to for any plumbing needs.
