Absolutely saved the day! Chad arrived on super short notice and got right to work. Chad quickly pinpointed where the leak was coming from and removed the jet spray that was causing the problem. Efficient, honest, and reliable work. I’ll definitely be using their services again!
Great technician, James Ho, snapped me out of a literal state of of depression by delivering great customer service with a professional attitude and sincere empathy for me but what it came down to, was his urgency to get our two, toilet tank assemblies and two angle wall valves replaced; service with a smile with great benefits!
Jesus with Roto-Rooter has saved us twice! My mom lives rural and us kids try to help her as best we can but we are far away. Jesus has on two occasions provided quick, professional, and courteous plumbing service to her site. Excellent communication about what is going on and with a more than fair price. You aren't…
My technician Alexis was very helpful and went above and beyond my expectations!

Larry was amazing, he walked me through every part and why my toilet wasn’t working. He even went the extra mile with me to ensure I was taken care of. And was very respectful. My only and favorite plumber!!!
Bradley was super professional and efficient. We will be recommending him to anyone who needs Roto-Rooter services. He also identified some additional problems and provided an estimate but didn't pressure us. We have already scheduled him to come back and do the additional work.
Ruben installed a toilet bidet. Excellent work and easy to work with . Glad he left his card so we ask for him again! Thanks Ruben!

Barry was absolutely exceptional!! His service was great, he knew what he was talking about, and he got the job done with a smile!
Easily the best plumbing service I have ever used. I will certainly recommend RR to anyone who asks. I pulled a toilet to replace a wax ring only to find absolutely no flange had been installed. As a DIY guy I did my research and found out I’d need a brass flange soldered to the lead pipe. This was out of my…
Ruben was awesome! Very knowledgeable, did a great job. Dealing with him took a lot of the sting out when it came time to settle up.
Roto Rooter came within the hour! they were in contact- Grant let us know the cost before the work was done. Fred helped us out too by explaining what the actual problem Was and giving us a quote for additional work that needed to be done and why it needed to be done. We really appreciate their quick response ! Very courteous 😄
I can not say enough good things about this service. I’m an Airbnb owner and my cleaners told me about a clogged toilet an hour before the next guest checked in. Grant showed up within the hour, excellent communication and a quick fix. He even cleaned the toilet bowl all before the check in! 100% recommend this company - and thanks again Grant!

I was standing in the middle of a messy emergency and I am so happy I called Roto Rooter. They didn’t give up till the problem was fixed. Thank you Joseph, Fred and especially Barry, who worked for hours in a small, hot bathroom.
Main water line backed up. Technician was very nice and got it fixed quickly.
Jesus and John were terrific. Cheerful, thorough, patient with my questions, and competent.
First off I need to say that Bradley was fantastic. He did everything I needed and even offered me some tips for free. However when we called in an emergency last night they didn’t have anyone available. In the morning they told us it would be from 8-10am but they weren’t able to get anyone to me till 11. Anyway the…
