I can not say enough good things about this service. I’m an Airbnb owner and my cleaners told me about a clogged toilet an hour before the next guest checked in. My toilet was stopped up by a tub drain strainer. The plumber was able to get it out quickly and gave me a discount on the standard service charge because it didn’t take him very long. I will use Roto Rooter again when a plumber is needed.
My repair techs Jesus and Jose were very professional, walked us through the steps of what needed to be done, and were thorough in their investigation and cleanup.
They were prompt and courteous and professional, my only issue is the cost, I got charged over 200 dollars for someone to auger my toilet, maybe because it was on a weekend or something but for the work done I didn’t think it was reasonable at all but I didn’t know any better and so that’s just the way it goes.
