Absolutely saved the day! Chad arrived on super short notice and got right to work. Chad quickly pinpointed where the leak was coming from and removed the jet spray that was causing the problem. Efficient, honest, and reliable work. I’ll definitely be using their services again!
Great technician, James Ho, snapped me out of a literal state of of depression by delivering great customer service with a professional attitude and sincere empathy for me but what it came down to, was his urgency to get our two, toilet tank assemblies and two angle wall valves replaced; service with a smile with great benefits!

Easily the best plumbing service I have ever used. I will certainly recommend RR to anyone who asks. I pulled a toilet to replace a wax ring only to find absolutely no flange had been installed. As a DIY guy I did my research and found out I’d need a brass flange soldered to the lead pipe. This was out of my…

I can not say enough good things about this service. I’m an Airbnb owner and my cleaners told me about a clogged toilet an hour before the next guest checked in. First off I need to say that Bradley was fantastic. He did everything I needed and even offered me some tips for free. However when we called in an emergency last night they didn’t have anyone available. In the morning they told us it would be from 8-10am but they weren’t able to get anyone to me till 11. Anyway the…

Two thumbs up to Chris! My toilet was leaking down to the basement. He came right in behind a previous technician and corrected the matter that should've been fixed the first time...not to even mention the second time. They say three times is a charm.

Roto Rooter did not fix the problem and charged me $700. I called some other plumbers and they charged me $300 and fixed the problem. Don’t waste your time or money with Roto-rooter.
Adam was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! He evaluated the issue and gave us a great recommendation on how to proceed. We would love to have him back for future plumbing needs!

Adam was very kind and got straight to it. He explained what he would do and the alternative if needed. He was patient while I had customers. If all the Roto-Rooters employees are like Adam, this is a great company to do business with. Thank you Adam!

My toilet was stopped up by a tub drain strainer. The plumber was able to get it out quickly and gave me a discount on the standard service charge because it didn’t take him very long. I will use Roto Rooter again when a plumber is needed.
My repair techs Jesus and Jose were very professional, walked us through the steps of what needed to be done, and were thorough in their investigation and cleanup.
They were prompt and courteous and professional, my only issue is the cost, I got charged over 200 dollars for someone to auger my toilet, maybe because it was on a weekend or something but for the work done I didn’t think it was reasonable at all but I didn’t know any better and so that’s just the way it goes.
Ronne was very helpful and professional. They were able to come out immediately and we’re on time.

Toilet diagnose and repair for wax ring cost $360. A bit pricy
Service was prompt and effective but the price was much higher than other companies. I only paid because I was away from the house and it was an emergency. Edit: The manager contacted me and gave me a partial refund so the bill was very reasonable. Changing to 5 stars.
Very friendly and professional. Will definitely re-hire them for any other issues.
Jesus was very polite and professional. He identified and explained to us the problem and fixed it quickly and efficiently. Will recommend.
They showed up the same day i called them which was very nice. Price a bit high over $200 and was here for about 20 minutes.
