This company scammed me, charged $5k+ for a $1500-$3000 job. Just for them to not even make sure the job was fully complete and the leak issue was fully handled. Tenants call there is still a leak and had to get a different plumbing company to come and actually fix the issue.. Lesson learned will never be using…
The people who call and pick up the phones are rude they tend to hang up on your face with out saying good bye also tend to be unprofessional. The service tech was very nice and professional. Overall, it’s overpriced wouldn’t recommend. If you’re looking to snake your drain, it’s about $700. If they have to sneak it…
Bryan provided very clear information and was very patient and understanding of my worries. He was very helpful and a great asset to Roto-Rooter! And the other staff member from Roto-Rooter was very polite
Bryan was friendly and dedicated to getting the correct diagnosis, which in our old house was not immediately obvious. He worked carefully and appears to have fixed the problem. In addition, he helped get us a good price for the job.
He was excellent with his work. He was friendly , he was very polite, professional and did a great clearing up the pipes. He explained in detail what not do or put down the drain.
Can’t complain—had Joel as my plumber for an emergency in my home and he was kind, quick and straightforward about pricing and even cleaning up 💩 in my drain. I appreciate him and his work and would call him again for my plumbing needs for sure.
