Everything from the phone call to having the tech here went smoothly. Elijah was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain what he did and how to prevent a back up from happening again. I hope I don't need to call them again for a while but if I need to I definitely will! 10/10 recommend!

We had a plug in the toilet that was made worse with a fallen comb. Rotor Rooter was the best in terms of response and sending a man out. Repair was quick, considerate and affordable for the work.

Elijah and Tim came out to inspect my drain since I noticed water backing up when I did laundry. They found the problem and were able to get repairs scheduled in a matter of days. They were very professional and explained things to me in an easy to understand way. I recommend them!
Service experience was perfect. Fast and friendly, arrived on time, took care of the issue at a fair price. Only disappointment was that they sent a water cleanup salesperson unannounced. We had no need for that service and he didn't even remove or cover shoes when entering our home.
Jeff is an excellent worker. He cleared my clogged sink in a timely manner. He is professional, friendly, and explained the problem to me in non technical verbage. I highly recommend Jeff for drain cleaning problems.
After an initial scheduling snafu, the technician came out and handled our greasy, linty clog quickly. They tested the drain to ensure it was flowing properly. Also give me some quick guidance on preventative measures.
