My experience today with Brian, Alexander and Tyrone was indeed exceptional. All excellent communicators. Brian cleaned out the main line and explained process and results clearly, suggested a product to keep inside pipes clean. Tyrone used a camera to photograph the inside of mainline and identified many problems…
Andrew was great - again. I was happy to see him. He quickly and thoroughly diagnosed the issue and repaired the problem. He was thorough in explaining how the sink clog occurred, and gave me some pointers on how to delay this happening again. I would highly recommend him! Mitch Bugge
Sean was great! Showed up on time, diagnosed the issue right away and was done in no time. Great prices too!
Andrew showed up when expected got right to work and did an excellent job. He was very pleasant and informative about how to use or not use the garbage disposal!
We had a plug in the toilet that was made worse with a fallen comb. Rotor Rooter was the best in terms of response and sending a man out. Repair was quick, considerate and affordable for the work.

The plumber was really nice and is the only reason I gave two stars, but he didn't do much and the cost was through the roof: $350 to auger my toilet. I turned to Ron the Sewer Rat to get a inspection and it was only $250. The inspection resolved my issue.
