Fast service, they answered after hours and got someone out right away. Tyler the tech did a great job of addressing the situation, explaining to us the causes, and then getting down to the repair! Prices were good. Overall we were very happy with Roto Rooter.
Technician ended up being available earlier than anticipated and very knowledgeable about the issue at hand. He was able to diagnose the problem and resolve it without issues and answer all of my questions. Incredible service.

I had a block in my sewer line; I called Roto-Rooter and they were able to quickly get me on their schedule. The arrived on time (actually offered to come earlier than the window) and solved my problem. I've always been pleased with the professionalism of my service technicians.
The plumber came on site. And was kind and courteous about the puppies being a bit annoying. When I showed him the problem, he was able to cable the line and get the obstruction cleared. He was super kind and good at his job I would highly recommend to him to everyone!

Brian did a phenomenal job! He was professional, informative, and a definite problem solver. He was able to walk me through everything quickly and easily. He was able to clear our main line that was backed up quickly so the water restoration team was able to get in sooner and deal with the aftermath. Highly recommended if you have any plumbing issues!
