They came promptly to clean out a clogged sewer line and the line that was backed up was able to drain. They came back the next morning to get all the roots out and run a camera through the line to the street. Had main line backup in basement. Not able to use any drain in house so needed immediate help. Brad was here promptly and was able to clear out the mainline to solve the problem. Root-Rooter’s plumber cleared only half of the blockage which was visible when his colleague conducted a video inspection. He did not try to run the auger again and seemed in a hurry to get to his next job. They are very expensive vs. other plumbers that I called after the fact. If you have time, get a second bid.
