Root-Rooter’s plumber cleared only half of the blockage which was visible when his colleague conducted a video inspection. He did not try to run the auger again and seemed in a hurry to get to his next job. They are very expensive vs. other plumbers that I called after the fact. If you have time, get a second bid.

They were amazing at sending someone out when our sewer backed up as well and resolving it quickly! They snaked, used a camera, and cleaned the pipe very well.
