David went above and beyond helping us out with our backed up drain. What initially started as a suspected backed up drain in our home, ended up being an issue with the city. David stayed until the city came out to address the clog in the street. He even stayed 6 hours past our scheduled appointment time to ensure…
They came promptly to clean out a clogged sewer line and the line that was backed up was able to drain. They came back the next morning to get all the roots out and run a camera through the line to the street. They showed me where the roots were coming through the pipe and I’ve scheduled to have the pipe lined.…

Technician Robert arrived promptly on site. He thoroughly explained our sewer situation and options for solution. He never tried to press “the more expensive option”, but found THE BEST option for our ancient house! He solved our sewer problem quickly, efficiently and cheerfully! Major thank yous to Robert and Roto Rooter!

After several attempts with other companies we called roto rooter. They’re crew was very helpful and knowledgeable. Other companies tried for a short time to clear the pipe and then suggested we dig up the yard to look at the pipes. Roto rooter cleared the pipe and saved us over $12,000! Highly recommended
Great and prompt service removed roots from my sewer line.

We originally called someone else to clear our toilet blockage but waited 5 hours. Called Roto Rooter and he was here in an hour. He worked past his assigned hours to complete the job. Very thorough and clean.

Overflow of basement floor drain, when the water backs up into basement with every drain usage, means a call to a plumber. It was 5 pm on a Wednesday night. Upon my third call to a plumbing service, I was transferred to Roto Rooter. It was a bit confusing that is who I was talking to, but after getting a technician…
