We had a plug in the toilet that was made worse with a fallen comb. Rotor Rooter was the best in terms of response and sending a man out. Repair was quick, considerate and affordable for the work.
Roto-Rooter Rescue Mission accomplished! Lee came out to fix a wax ring on my toilet that was leaking to the basement. He was quick and thorough. He also called in a co-worker to test for mold and structure damage with a high tech sensor to give me peace of mind. I normally don't write reviews, but in this case it…
DO NOT USE ROTO-ROOTER! Beware of their predatory price stacking. They charged us $630/hr for basic valve, internal toilet component replacement, faucet replacement (already owned faucets), and exterior spigot replacement. All work was non-emergency, just old and needed replacement. Total parts cost was around…
He was very welcoming and nice and knew what he was doing and great service
An aspirin bottle fell down the toilet. Got stuck the good tech from roto-rooter fixed the problem.
Riley did a great job fixing my toilet. They were friendly, quick, and professional. I would definitely recommend Riley for any plumbing work
JayVonte Smith did great! Our toilet is up and running again. Thanks!

Came by amazingly fast and super professional and kind! My new on call plumber!
Brad showed up on a Sunday, on time. Was professional and quick.
Brad did a great job inspecting the problem and providing options
Very stubborn toilet clog unclogged quickly by Zeb! Thank you!
The plumber was friendly and clear on what they were doing. Plumbing issues are not something anyone wants to deal with but they made it as painless as possible.
Scheduling needs to do better, but plumber Lee was great
Excellent experience! Prompt- excellent work and explanation of the problem. David did a fantastic job!!
Chris does an outstanding job whenever he comes out. Also gave us some good tips on maintaining our garbage disposal.
I had a clogged toilet. Called this morning. Plumber arrived within an hour and took care of the issue. I am pleased with the promptness and professionalism. Satisfied customer.
Amazing response time and got the job done quickly and clean. Thanks
Roto Rooter was able to come out to my establishment and solve the problem fast and efficiently. The tech was thorough and cleaned up the area perfectly.
My technician was here in the time frame window that was given to me when I made my appointment. He was very friendly and explained what he was going to do, and also explained what to watch for in the future.
We called and service person sent out repairman. Service person was great and explained all to us. We called and within 2 hrs all was repaired. Lower level Toilet
Did the job efficiently and professionally.
Love, Love, Love!!
Ty was excellent! I couldn't have hoped for a better experience. Thanks again!
Concerned because I had an 8:00 appointment and he did not show up until 9:30 but he was polite, wore shoe protectors, professional, very efficient and cleaned up after himself.
Matt did great. Super personable, friendly, and communicative. And most importantly, honest. No pushing, upsells, or pressure. All around great service, not to mention the toilet is finally working again!
Quick service, generally good job. Left somewhat of a mess to clean up and the $810 cost seemed excessive for clearing a sewer line and 1+ hours of time to complete
The first person didn't wear the shoe coverings-but did clean up after himself. There was another person that came, who did use the shoe coverings. That made a difference. I was shocked at the prices. I will probably use them again, in the future, if needed.
I first booked the appointment on the weekend and was almost positive they didn’t do plumbing then, which was the case. So that got switched to Monday. They called me at 6:30am that am to ask if I wanted to change the time (I work nights and was sleeping. I choose the time previously that I was happy with when I…
Very friendly and professional.
Believe his name was Luke. He was as very professional, very personable and very knowledgeable.
Deyvi came to our home and I couldnt be happier! Hes professional and courteous. Quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with our septic system and plumbing. I paid 1/3 of the price I was quoted earlier today by another plumbing company that wanted to come in and flush our entire system, remove our toilets, etc for a…
Very prompt with call backs and service. Especially nice on a Sunday!!!Thanks Nik!
I love Roto Rooter. Professional dispatch, toilet clog was fixed within a couple hours of my call on a Sunday morning. Plumber explained the problem. Perfect clean up. I highly recommend them!
Brad was very professional and knowledgeable. He identified the problem quickly and finished in less than 1/2 an hour. I have used Roto rooter before and if necessary, I will use them again! Thank you Brad and Roto rooter!
We originally called someone else to clear our toilet blockage but waited 5 hours. Called Roto Rooter and he was here in an hour. He worked past his assigned hours to complete the job. Very thorough and clean.
They were on time, friendly and helpful. Solved my toilet issue and gave me ideas for the future to keep the problem from happening again .
Had Bradley come to inspect my problem associated with a basement shower drain backing up. He looked at the problem and was able to extract some sort of floating ball, which I understand, is used in finished areas so water doesn't back up and cause water damage to carpeting or furniture. He also worked on an…
Great service!
Niko was absolutely amazing. He came first thing in the morning to help us out. He provided helpful tips and acted on the presented facts of the situation swiftly. Niko was extremely knowledgeable and provided quick resolution. Thank you so much!
Called for a service on a toilet to remove a toy car. You don't get an estimate when you call. They have a service line that then has dispatch call you "within an hour". I had to call back the next day as I never received a call from dispatch. They were quick once They transferred me. The technician came and was…
For timeliness and efficiency they get 5/5. For pricing they get 0/5. Less than $20 worth of parts, 25 minutes in and out. $495. That was the cost to repair my fill valve and flapper in my toilet. No value what so ever. Professional, responsive and efficient, yes. Value, none.
Called 6 other places all said service was Monday at the earliest. Roto-rooter were able to do the job and be out in under 2 hours Sunday night. Jake was amazing, highly professional, and made the whole process delightful. Price was a bit higher higher when compared to the competition, but well worth the timeliness and service.
Very helpful .
