Great service and communication
The crew did a great professional job cleaning out the field drainage system for our HOA.
Elvis got the job done successfully after a plumber failed to open two clogged drains. He was very polite, pleasant, and above all professional. Also the job sites were cleaned up after he finished working. I will call RotoRooter if I need help in the future and hope they send Elvis.

The first person who was supposed to come out didn’t show up and at 2+ hours past my window I called to figure out what was going on. The guy said he would be here in 30 minutes and 30 minutes later another guy showed up. That guy did fantastic. I appreciate him being up front how the cost and being efficient.
