Great service and communication
The crew did a great professional job cleaning out the field drainage system for our HOA.
Elvis got the job done successfully after a plumber failed to open two clogged drains. He was very polite, pleasant, and above all professional. Also the job sites were cleaned up after he finished working. I will call RotoRooter if I need help in the future and hope they send Elvis.

The first person who was supposed to come out didn’t show up and at 2+ hours past my window I called to figure out what was going on. Roto-Rooter technician Sarai knocked it out of the park. Very friendly on a professional level. Not only did she resolve my plumping problems, she answered all my questions. If I ever need a technician to come out again, I will be requesting Sarai.
Sarai was very professional explained to me the whole process and unclogged my drain. Also the supervisor was very helpful and they explained and have really good advice and tips not to have this happen again. Thank you guys so much!

Although not happy with the first price I was given Richard worked with me and his company and got a reasonable price for the work he did which also was top-notch.... good man and thorough.

We had a clogged pipe that I couldn’t unclog for the life of me. He both unclogged it and educated us as to how to improve some of the surrounding plumbing.
