I’m so happy with Roto-Rooter. This is my second time using them and once again very pleased. Shout out to Adrian (Chicago Market), plumbers are very meticulous and hardworking. I feel their pricing is fair and they want to ensure the job is done right before leaving. Thank you Adrian!!

The crew did a great professional job cleaning out the field drainage system for our HOA.
Elvis got the job done successfully after a plumber failed to open two clogged drains. He was very polite, pleasant, and above all professional. Also the job sites were cleaned up after he finished working. I will call RotoRooter if I need help in the future and hope they send Elvis.

Excellent service. A little pricey but in a pinch, they respond very quickly. I would use them again in an emergency.
The first person who was supposed to come out didn’t show up and at 2+ hours past my window I called to figure out what was going on. The guy said he would be here in 30 minutes and 30 minutes later another guy showed up. That guy did fantastic. I appreciate him being up front how the cost and being efficient.
Tyler and Brandon were amazing. The company had availability to send some one out almost immediately. Tyler assessed the situation and knew that my problem was going to require more than he was able to correct at the moment but he gave me options and ensured that I understood what next steps would be. Brandon came…

Roto-Rooter technician Sarai knocked it out of the park. Very friendly on a professional level. Not only did she resolve my plumping problems, she answered all my questions. If I ever need a technician to come out again, I will be requesting Sarai.
Sarai was very professional explained to me the whole process and unclogged my drain. Also the supervisor was very helpful and they explained and have really good advice and tips not to have this happen again. Thank you guys so much!
Exceptional service. Very patient with excellent work ethic. Our plumbing problem was finally resolved thanks to Sarai!!
Sarai (spelling?) was excellent! Her customer service was exceptional - patient, caring, professional. Her expertise was a 10, as well ... fixed the problem, explained how it happened, and counseled me on preventative measures. Proactive and personable - Would hire her in a heartbeat! She represents RotoRooter well.
Although not happy with the first price I was given Richard worked with me and his company and got a reasonable price for the work he did which also was top-notch.... good man and thorough.
Sarai got the job done in less than an hour. She was thorough in checking all of the pipes in the house, rooting out over 50 feet. She is polite, kind, friendly and knows her work. AND she served our country, so I’d say she’s an amazing human. LOVED that a woman fixed our pipes. Thanks, Sarai!

nearly 700 dollars to clean out the main sewer line
Michael was so knowledgeable, respectful and very professional! Thank you so much for all your help! I had a fantastic experience and will definitely refer to my friends and family! Thanks again Michael!!
First of all I’d like to say that I live in Gary so I picked the location closest to my house, not sure if the plumber actually came from this location. So he arrived and told us what the problem was (tree roots) and that the service would cost $500 (regularly $575 but I used a $75 coupon) so I called my landlord to…
Faster response than almost others. Had clogged main sewer line. Pricey but in an emergency worth the money.
Very professional and cleaned up everything.
We had a clogged pipe that I couldn’t unclog for the life of me. He both unclogged it and educated us as to how to improve some of the surrounding plumbing.
Michael was wonderful! He was knowledgeable and we felt comfortable with his actions to address the issues. Unfortunately the problem is more complicated so there is more work to be done.
Michael came out and was awesome. Very helpful and easy to work with.
Michael is a wonderful kind individual who clearly knows his work and above! He’s courteous and very eager to fix the issue!
Great experience w Michael from rotorooter on a Saturday night. Had clogged basement drain line. Problem diagnosed correctly and fixed quickly. Left the job clean. Rotorooter expensive but convenient to fix inconvenient issues. As a follow-up 2 months later...The problem was mis-diagnosed. A promised video feed…
I called them out for a two part fix. I was very clear on what I needed; a drain clog and a part repaired. They showed up hours late. They brought the equipment for the drain clog, but not the very common replaceable part. They said they'd have to have another appointment for the part, and wanted to charge over…
Very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely use them again.
Mike was so thorough and kind! Fixed the problem and went above and beyond making sure everything else was working
Michael was very thorough in his work! He was able to answer all questions and keep us informed while he was working. He made a stressful process, painless and easy for us.
I could kiss this technician for going above and beyond.
Matthew did a great job , he came in identified the problem and explained it to me. After the first effort we still noticed the issue just not as bad. So I called him , he got back to me within 20mins and came back the next day. Not defensive at all just came in and fixed it completely. Matthew with a 6 star performance 👌🏾
Mathew explained the repair in great detail and advised how to avoid a clog in the future. He was meticulous in his work and left the work area in a cleaner condition than when he arrived. Professional, courteous and friendly. I appreciate his work ethic and customer service. I would highly recommend him to friends and family.
Michael did a great job fixing our blocked shower drain.
Very responsive, we usually get a technician to come over within the same day, even during busy holiday hours. After 2 other technicians had looked at it, Michael came to check on a backed-up main line in an old (60s-70s) house. Very friendly and professional service, and he worked hard without making any quick…
They were prompt, courteous, and extremely helpful. Got the problem remedied very quickly. Any negative would be cost but when you’re in a jam and hurry, really can’t be beat! Michael, the service technician was extremely polite and efficient!
