Bernard was very professional and he explained everything before the work was completed and if there were concerns while the job was being done. He informed me as well. I will be sure to ask for him again for other repairs in the future. The cost was pricey. But the pipes in my home is old and needed an upgrade. It…
Where do I start. Let’s just say if zero stars was an option that is what I would give my experience with Roto Rooter. I went through them because of my home warranty recommended them. My water heater failed and damaged my kitchen ceiling and drywall. Roto-Rooter was on site within an hour. They took care of replacing the water heater and clearing up the damage. I needed assistance super quickly and Roto Rooter was there to help!! They were flexible with my schedule and helped on the weekend. 10/10 recommend them.
Phenomenal service! These guys were so professional and kind and efficient and helped fix our busted pipes and continued to follow up after to clean/evaluate moisture levels and did not stop until everything was 100% fixed.
Service was great, always on time and communicated all the steps very clearly.
After completing the job, the worker grabbed my credit card and held it behind his back, refusing to give it back until I gave him a 5-star review in front of him. Then Roto Rooter deleted my review and sent me some useless form letter pretending they were "looking into" the incident.
Water heater busted,Roto Rooter came out and cleaned up the major water damage and took up the water damaged carpet and cleaned and dried out the surrounding damages as well. Came out the next day and installed a new bigger water heater. Will be paid for through my mortgage insurance. Did a great job of helping me…
