I received a continuous water usage alert and contacted Roto. James inspected my entire plumbing system and identified the issue. I was out of town and he communicated the issue and proposed solution clearly. The same afternoon he fixed the issue. I highly recommend James and Roto-Rooter.
Sean came out to our residence short notice late at night for a quote. We weren’t able to make budget, he kindly helped us anyhow! He was extremely kind and helpful!
