Jim was super thoughtful and knowledgeable and did an amazing job!

Edit: Steve was also super great! He showed up quickly, diagnosed the issue, and then fixed it just as quickly. He showed me what was going on with our pipes and was able to walk me through the future repairs as well. Highly recommend asking…
My service guy was fabulous. Was patient with me and walked me through what happened and helped me learn in addition to repairing my toilet in an efficient manner. Highly recommend.
I had a toilet that was leaking from the base. I called several places, and they all couldn’t see me for a few days and/or had expensive diagnostic fees. Roto-rooter was able to send someone that night with no diagnostic fee! Chris was patient and friendly—a complete professional. He showed us what was broken…
Andres did a great job with a plumbing repair in my bathroom on 7/6/26.
The service was prompt and efficient. But I was shocked by the final cost. The quote was $350 and the final cost was $575. The quote already seemed high for unclogging a toilet and fixing a sink stopper mechanism. But to charge that much more than the original quote seems to me unfair and unethical. There were no…
Very much on time thorough, clean, worth their service.

I had the pleasure of having Sean as my tech. He was extremely polite and professional. He came in assessed the issue, thoroughly explained my options and helped me decide what would be best. Did not try and push services that weren’t needed which i appreciated. 10/10 would recommend this company again after this experience.

Wayne and Jeff were both very professional technicians who installed my toilet and a very time efficient manner. I am very satisfied with the services received from the two professional men.
I called as an emergency problem with our toilet for work. They said they could come out in a 2 hour window. This was awesome since I called another place and they told me 10-12 days on a wait list. We obviously can't wait that long with 30 employees. Joe came out with his helper and they were so professional…
