I received a continuous water usage alert and contacted Roto. James inspected my entire plumbing system and identified the issue. I was out of town and he communicated the issue and proposed solution clearly. The same afternoon he fixed the issue. I highly recommend James and Roto-Rooter.
Sean came out to our residence short notice late at night for a quote. We weren’t able to make budget, he kindly helped us anyhow! He was extremely kind and helpful! I would recommend him and the company to anyone in a sticky situation! He made me see that there are nice people out there willing to help!

Fast service, great plumber! The plumber James put a stop my running toilet and leaking tub faucet. These issues caused me to have a large water bill every month. Two plumbers repaired a toilet where the flapper wasn’t lined up correctly. They patiently waited before jumping in to do the repair so the toilet could misbehave, giving them an opportunity to see what was going on. They worked quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use their services again!
