These guys are awesome. Mason was sent to my location within the hour of me calling, he cleared a flooding drain no problem and reassured he'd be back if need be. Thanks again bro.

We had an Easter plumbing back-up emergency that they came to the rescue after another company could not make it. Our service guy got us in working order but recommended a camera crew to see what was really going on. He set up that crew for next day who found a blockage and had it cleared and new clean outs… Read full review

Called them about a clogged kitchen drain. They came out twice and did not resolve the issue. Another plumber was able to fix the problem. Roto Rooter agreed to refund what we paid after a complaint was filed with the Better Business Bureau. I was advised that a check was mailed on 1/29/2022 but no check has been received.

I'm a renter, and experienced issues with gurgling/bubbling noices. Upon arrival very friendly, willing to listen and also find solution. I was very grateful that the professionalism allowed an explanation that may not have previously been understood. Very good customer service, amicable all around very good experience.
