Just bought our first home and definitely did not expect the influx of problems right out of the gate. Terence was our tech for our plumbing issues and he was amazing. Was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything. Will definitely be calling back when something else eventually pops up.

Response time was great. Super fast. They found the issue and explained it to me. Told me I would hear from them ASAP about a quote to fix via email and a phone call. That was a week ago, and I’ve since hired another company to address the need.

I give these guys credit their work is good and possibly a bit better than average BUT do yourself a favor and get a second quote from another plumbing company. They back up the work they perform, which is appreciated.

Showed up within a couple hours of calling. Did a nice job replacing corroded shower cartridge. More than I would have liked to spend ($450) but I was in a pinch.
