Tech was very thorough and explained what it could cost me if he had to snake the drain before he started work. Checked at intervals to make sure things were fixed and told me what clogged the drain! Jordan was great!
Bait and switch. They advertise snake drain service up to $109 but charged basically 3 times that. I'd waited for the appointment so wasn't going to cancel once the price was different here. The service was performed so it's a neutral rating.
Mason was our technician today. He was very polite and gave us a complete explanation of what our kitchen drain problem was and explained how he was going to fix it in terms we could understand. Mason was able to clear our drain and gave us ways to prevent the problem from happening again. Mason was neat and left no…
Great service. Done in a flash!
Very disappointed with this plumbing company. I paid an $800 deposit and, in my experience, they did absolutely nothing to resolve the problem. Despite that, I was still charged a fee. I was quoted $1,600 for hydro jetting without even having the situation properly inspected with a camera or anything first. I was…
Called they were here faster than anticipating less the 2 hours snaked it and cleaned up and did a great job!
Richie was awesome. Gave us the run down and fixed our kitchen sink quickly. Highly recommend! Very professional!
When you call a company to come out and clear your pipes due to an emergency leaking toilet, it would be nice if they didn't over charge you. I was charged way too much and they did nothing to help. I will never use Roto-Rooter again! You should not take advantage of people in emergencies over a holiday!
Prompt good service.
Service was very good but very expensive for the short time it took to do the job. If you don’t need immediate service I would recommend check checking smaller local vendors. If you have an emergency Rotor Rooter can help very quickly
Mason was amazing. Fixed the problem and offered a final solution for our old pipes.
Mason was Great ! Diagnosed the problem quickly and got it fixed expediency. He was very professional and left the area looking better than when he arrived.
Had an issue with sewer line backing up into my shower in my apartment. Pretty nasty clog from something in the shared line, but Mason from Roto Rooter got things working right. Good communication and work - would recommend him on any job
Awesome technician, very friendly, knowledgeable and professional!
Mason was great! Showed up on time. Explained everything and cleaned up when done! Couldn’t ask for more!
Absolutely Amazing! Mason is worth 10 stars! Highly recommended in the Rio Verde community.
Fast, friendly and professional
Mason and his General Manager saved the day!!! After Rooter Ranger charged us 18k dollars in a scam to replace our backyard sewer pipe. Mason provided a thorough inspection and even contacted the city on his own. City of Phx is also stepping in to repair their pipe in my alley to correct more pipe issues that we…
Excellent service! Mason was on time, professional, and courteous and explained everything in detail. Cleared the drain quickly and cleaned up after. He also let me know about other services offered by Roto-rooter. Never knew they did so much! I will continue using their services.

I’ve had a rough start to plumbing issues in my first year of homeownership, but Roto-Rooter had been great! Mason was very nice and efficient. I’m happy with the results!
Mason arrived cleaned the sewer in a flash.
Beware, they ask for five star reviews. Updated: this company is a scam. Had a clog. Tech got here and was nice as he could be. On his heels was a Jeff who said he was a 'supervisor' without even knowing what the problem is, Jeff talks about needing a opening to the main water line so they can diagnose this…
