David Rosati was professional, polite and efficient. He performed a very thorough maintenance on both systems. The temperature was in the high 90’s but he took the time to do all the required checks both in the extremely hot attic and outside. I will always request him for my next service. I have been pleased with R. S. Andrews for years.
Desmond was very professional and courteous. He was also very helpful with advice for other issues, present and future.
The service was excellent and I would definitely recommend
Michael Powell, the RS Andrews HVAC Service Technician, was kind, knowledgeable and very professional. Thanks Mr. Powell, you made me smile 😃!
These guys are great, very impressed. Knowledgeable, efficient, and professional
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY HVAC REPAIRS. THEY WILL SCARE YOU TO DEATH AND TRY TO EMPTY YOUR POCKET (ESPECIALLY STAY AWAY FROM CHRIS MELTON)!
This is not the first time to meet Mateo - and just like the last time, he demonstrated great knowledge and professionalism. Always wanting to help or explain - we were very happy to have him return!
Bruno did a great job of explaining the condition of my heating and cooling system. He let me know what should be done soon, and what should be a part of regular maintenance to extend the life of my investment. He answered all of my questions (without being in a hurry to leave).
Good service! Much better than previous service!
Technicians arrived promptly and performed the HVAC install in a timely manner.
Thanks!
Xavier showed up on time, texting in advance of his arrival. He was polite and professional. Went about his work and then gave me a detailed explanation of what he did.
Rep was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable and gave their utmost diligence to find, diagnose, and recommend repair options all whole working in hot conditions inside and outside of home.
