Wonderful experience with Nakia of RS Andrews. We needed emergency service late on a Fri night. Nakia was prompt, knowledgeable, & courteous. It took him twice to troubleshoot the problem but he was patient and fixed our A/C on a hot summer night.
Jason was awesome. Figured out an issue that had been unresolved previously and then also took the time to make sure there weren’t other issues elsewhere. I’d highly recommend him and RS Andrew’s.

Ellery is an exceptional technician, I have used him for over 10 years. He does a fantastic job, and today he diagnosed my AC issue immediately, removed the dead rodent that terminated my air conditioner, replaced the part and cleaned my system up to a shiny new.
