Using RS ANDREWS was a choice my husband and I chose to use for a second opinion and it was the best decision we've made. And having James as our technician was icing on the cake, he was professional and very informative. We truly appreciate the service and would recommend James and R S Andrews to others.

Our AC stopped blowing and we called several places. RS Andrews and a competitor were the only ones who could get out to look at it within 24 hours. Service received from tech was good and the AC repair was done quickly on the scheduled day but I would hesitate to use RS Andrews again based on the fact that I was misquoted the cost of doing an after hours service call and then later called back and told the price would be higher. So, I pushed the AC repair out…

Our air-conditioning quit on a 90° day and it was almost 80° inside the house. They showed up at 8:30 in the morning and had us back up and running by 9:30 AM. Super nice, super efficient and even better: we’re back in the cool air on a hot day.
Luis Was certainly the consummate professional and walked us thru our options in layman’s terms. We ordered and scheduled our appt. Great job. Thank you very much. Doug B
