James did a great job. He was professional, inspected for any issues, found a possible issue, gave the quote, and was able to eliminate claims made by a recent home inspector. Good visit. The company also called me on the arrival time. The customer service interactions with the rep on the phone was very professional and timely as well.

Our air-conditioning quit on a 90° day and it was almost 80° inside the house. They showed up at 8:30 in the morning and had us back up and running by 9:30 AM. Super nice, super efficient and even better: we’re back in the cool air on a hot day.

(Assured Comfort) who came out to do maintenance but would check the drain connected to my AC, it clogged and flooded and ruin my ceiling. Loren was very professional and courteous. He was here for a bit to make sure the slow drain and leaks were fixed. He even checked the pipes in the crawl space and septic tank for backups. I will definitely call RS Andrew’s again for any plumbing issues.

Brandon Smith was the RS Andrew’s plumber that completed a massive repair in my son’s front yard. He was so professional and knowledgeable. It was a major undertaking, and I could not have been more pleased with the way it turned out. It took several hours to complete. Him and the entire crew did beautiful work to my yard.
