James did a great job. He was professional, inspected for any issues, found a possible issue, gave the quote, and was able to eliminate claims made by a recent home inspector. Good visit. Ivan was extremely knowledgeable and very professional as well. He was diligent and tried a few things to fix our unit before confirming that we need a new compressor. He also showed us a couple of ways to make sure our system is functioning as efficiently as possible that we didn’t know before.
Sunday of a Holiday weekend and our main drain blocked backing water up through the toilet and causing a small flood in the basement! Paul from RS Andrews was brilliant.
