This was maintenance plan service. No charge for this visit. Colin was wonderful, Comes in, goes straight to the furnace. Begins checking and recalibrating lines, if needed. Changes out the air filter. Enters date of service inside the unit and he's gone. My partner John, who has his contractor's license, was impressed. See you next year Colin. Linda
