The young man that came to my home was very helpful, on time, and knowledgeable!
Great job on showing pictures and video of the issue and very clear recommendations of what should be done and described safely issues if not addressed.
This company is truly dedicated to providing quality service. Importantly, they live up to their maintenance agreements. And, if all their service technicians are like Drew, who came out today, you can count on an honest day's work for an honest day's pay. He is a very nice young man and he knows his business. I…
Service tech Michael Powell was here for AC maintenance. I told him about the persistent mechanical smell coming from the vents throughout the house when AC is on. He had some ideas and did his inspection. He found a couple things that may be causing the issue. This is a new HVAC system in which this should not be happening. Thank you.
Teyon and his apprentice were great, very professional, thorough, and efficient. While they couldn't fix the problem during this visit, they explained the problem in detail and advised me on the next steps. Their effort is much appreciated!
James was very knowledgeable and was able to resolve my plumbing issue with great care. I would definitely use him again and recommend him!
Drew did a great job. Got me up and running within a day of my call. I’d highly recommend RS Andrew’s for your HVAC needs
Michael was amazing! No high pressure sell-up, concrete suggestions and an economical way to move forward!!
Teyon is doing a great job for me. We have had several issues to deal with and he always explains what is needed and why. My HVAC has had to have several parts replaced and he has checked out every repair after it has been made.
Responsive and reliable crews work well with our residents and take pride in a job well done.
Yonas came to repair my HVAC after hours. He was pleasant and efficient in diagnosing and fixing the problem. Thank you so much.
Teyon was punctual, polite, and very professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and was understanding and patient when I was a bit shocked by the cost. I appreciated his honesty, kindness, and the way he handled the entire visit. Excellent customer service!
RS Andrews has serviced my HVAC unit and keep it running at top performance for years. The pricing always appears to be pricier on one side of the value but the value has proved to be effective and operating at to performance. Thank you RS Andrews.
Great job with service - my second unit upstairs would not kick back on upstairs. Had to reschedule for an electrician to check out.
Start to finish RS Andrews and the technician that serviced my residence, David Anthony, was prompt, courteous, professional, neat, organized, and on-time. It was a fantastic experience and I'd recommend RS Andrews to anyone out there that's looking for any HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical needs.
Blake is always awesome and very honest. The best technician
Josh was very knowledgeable and patient with explaining all I needed to know.
This was the second time Calvin has been to the house. Both times for service maintenance. Both times he did a thorough professional job.
RS Andrews was so nice to deal with. They were very easy to schedule, prompt -arriving on time and with good communication before and after service. Drew has knowledgeable and efficient. Great job!
Mohammed came to our home to figure out what was wrong with our air conditioner. It took him a short time to discover that our fan/blower motor was bad and no longer working. He discussed with me my options which I thoroughly appreciated. Mohammed was the nicest repairman that I’ve ever worked with. He was also very…
Very proficient with explaining all aspects of installation and components
He did an awesome job. Very dedicated; attentive to his job and a very hard worker; explained any problems he found and he explained possible causes.
Colin did a superb job! He explained everything he was doing, found the problem quickly, explained what was wrong & fixed it.
I am incredibly frustrated with R.S. Andrews. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2018 and have always been really pleased with their service and support in the past, which makes how they are handling this situation even more disappointing. We bought a brand-new AC unit from them just two years ago, and honestly, it’s…
I was so appreciative of the time David Rosati spent explaining the process of the diagnostic procedure, and presenting options as he evaluated the AC problems I was dealing with. He was patient, thorough, and affable answering my many questions. It was a VERY hot day and David spent a lot of time outside, yet he…

Wow! The guy was fantastic. I didn't think professionas like him existed anymore. The technician, Mohammed Shah, was more like a good friend helping me out than a technician sent by the company. He took his time explaining everything to me. I couldn't hope for a better experience.
Very detailed and very knowledgeable about the product and what needs to be replaced.
Very Professional and timely. Mohammed was very professional. Very patient and detailed. He came to update previous job by another technician. I recommend him for any A/C HVAC work and I will work with him anytime. Really impressed.

Great service and very nice technician that came out to our home. Very satisfied!
Both technicians professional, a long day to complete the job of replacing defective coils and both outside units. 1. Nick was on time and thorough and gave me information on what I might want to replace myself for more reliable performance.

Our air-conditioning quit on a 90° day and it was almost 80° inside the house. They showed up at 8:30 in the morning and had us back up and running by 9:30 AM. Super nice, super efficient and even better: we’re back in the cool air on a hot day.
Mohammed Shah is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He diagnosed and clearly explained our HVAC issue. Once the necessary part arrived, he successfully installed the component and our system is operating properly again. Mohammed is a terrific representative for RS Andrews.

Tech was very professional, knowledgeable and prompt. He explained everything that he was doing to troubleshoot the issue, very happy with his work
Great experience. My tech was Waqas Shafqat. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He came to checkout a leak which I thought was from HVAC. He not only confirmed but also went the extra mile to detect the leak and gave his feedback. Look no further.
Have used RS Andrews for HVAC and plumbing for several years. They are always on time, very professional and have you confirm any additional services and charges. Subscribe to their maintenance plan which gave me priority when my water heater died and had installed the same day. Worked with other HVAC and plumbers…
Paul and his associate were able to fix a problem that several people had turned down as being “too hard to figure out” and “would take too much time”. So I was very pleased that they were able to find the problem and fix it! I would definitely hire them again and also would not hesitate to refer to others.
Blake was wonderful. Excellent service and he went above and beyond to explain and make sure I was comfortable with my purchase and new equipment.
Thanks! Very kind, professional!! 😊😊😊 We have always liked RS Andrews service, and are repeat customers!
I had a problem with the A/C not cooling (end of July). RS Andrews sent a great service technician. Great service at an excellent price. Amazing how quickly the work was done.

Living in a 1927 3rd floor condo presented quite the challenge to remedy my clogged condensation drain. LUIS went above and beyond and demonstrated amazing knowledge and expertise as well as a beautiful spirit. I feel fortunate that he came to help me. FYI, if you are lucky enough to get him, he likes crystals…
This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with an HVAC company. The technician came into my home, tracked dirt and mud onto my carpeted stairs, and never offered to clean it up or apologize. The diagnosis was completely wrong. I was told I needed a $585 evaporator coil cleaning, a $375 capacitor…
Good communication, professional, fast, on time. All of the above Outstanding
The technician, Kwame Kilgore, came to our house after hours and was very thorough, attentive and helpful.
Called for a second opinion after getting an incorrect assessment on our AC unit issue from a different company. Luis Mateo came out and did a great job analyzing what was going on -- the thermostat wire had been cut during our exterior reno, and the previous tech missed it, wanted to replace the motherboard or the…
Very prompt, courteous, and professional!
Micheal was professional, detailed and friendly. He diagnosed my HVAC issue, gave me the expected repair costs, cost of maintenance plan; as well as sent tge diagnosis by email

Had Mohammed come out and look at my faulty AC and he suggested an upgrade because according to him, in the long term I'd end spending more money. He was so knowledgeable and professional about, it totally didn't feel like an upsell and what the hell, what with global warming and all I figured why not. Mohammed did…

I used RS Andrews for bi-annual servicing of my HVAC unit for the past few years. In January 2025 I purchased the maintenance plan for that year. Just a terrible experience. Gave us a quote for replacing our HVAC system that the other companies that gave quotes laughed at. Got the same system they were quoting for us for over $10k less than their quote. Both were from Mitsubishi Diamond Certified companies. They are a complete sham as , what they offered,…

We've been working with RS Andrews for a long time...more than 10 years. Frankly, I sort of surprised to say that we have NEVER had anything other than outstanding service. No. Just no. I think they must outsource their after hours services. Because I always had good experiences before. But $$$ and every visit either does unnecessary work or causes more problems or didn’t do what the invoice said they did.
I contacted RS andrews for a HVAC repair at the beginning of April. Unfortunately my unit needed to be replaced. I was told the unit was on backorder and would arrive in 60 to 90 days. The unit did not actually arrive for 130 days, meaning I had no A/C for 4 1/2 months through July and August. At no point did RS…

From the moment he arrived, Jonathan demonstrated the utmost professionalism—he was punctual, polite, and incredibly efficient in diagnosing the problem. While the final recommendation was to…
I was told my unit needed total replacement and u fixable - 10 months later im doing just fine. If there’s actually an issue, they won’t fix it - just try to replace new. The tech admitted that. Paid a large fee for nothing except an insanely high priced sales pitch. I was never given the analysis I requested - only…
We have used RS Andrews several times over the past years. We have found the service to be at times spotty and inconsistent in quality, especially in the context of customer service. Technician did an excellent job
Michael was exceptional! It’s great that he’s been here before. As always, he’s courteous and friendly and always willing to answer my questions.
Actually, I'm semi-happy. Mr. Mateo located a disconnected wire and repaired that, which should help with the compressor coming on, but didn't really address the uneven distribution of heat and air. I suspect we are going to have to have a return visit to deal with that.
Blake was awesome- professional and courteous!
Great job. Professional, smart, very helpful !
