Service tech Michael Powell was here for AC maintenance. I told him about the persistent mechanical smell coming from the vents throughout the house when AC is on. Great experience with RS Andrew's, its 100 degrees today and my AC stopped working. I called and was able to make an appointment for today, Chris the tech was ut in about 40 min, and identified and fixed the problem in minutes.. He was professional and answered all my questions with a smile.
