Just a terrible experience. Gave us a quote for replacing our HVAC system that the other companies that gave quotes laughed at. Got the same system they were quoting for us for over $10k less than their quote. Both were from Mitsubishi Diamond Certified companies. They are a complete sham as , what they offered,…

Used them in Hilton head. Whatever they installed needed to be repaired. Horrible service . Paid for two new systems and had continuing problems . They were very expensive. In addition, the technicians all were leaving the company. Would not use them
Great service
RS Andrews has always been a quality company since we began working with them a number of years ago. Your experience with RS Andrews will greatly differ based on the technician assigned to your home, but if you get Josh Smith - you'll be very satisfied. On time, knowledgeable, and fast.
I had to replace my former 5 star review with a 1 star. From first to worst. Manager more concerned with venting to me about how hard the job was going to be and how he drove 60 miles, and defending lying technicians who accused me of cursing. I do NOT use profanity. Original tech who arrived broke my door to…
