Amber was AMAZING and very knowledgeable about explaining all of our options. We had RS Andrews replace our entire HVAC system. The installation team left something to be desired. The installer was on his cell phone almost the entire time of the installation and then proceeded to put his foot through the attic ceiling into our kitchen. The company had the damage repaired satisfactorily.…
I've worked with this team for small plumbing repairs, a MASSIVE plumbing project, and HVAC maintenance and replacement. In all cases the team was incredibly professional, the pricing is very reasonable, problems were completed and fantastic advice given (and explanations a plumbing novice could understand). Great communication and easy to schedule.
Yonus came out and did a great job keeping the 2 units running.

I engaged them for faulty AC. They did a thorough inspection and came with great recommendation. Explained the various options and got the repair appointment for very next day. It was great working with them. Will, Gary and Chase was very professional and knowledgeable in what they were doing. I would definitely recommend them.
We've been using RS Andrews for about a decade and after patches and band aids and refills and surprise sweaty summer nights it finally came time to bit the bullet and replace everything. The salesman offered a few options and after going back and forth we found an option that hadn't been considered before - one…
Workers did an excellent job keeping the house clean while installing new air and heat system inside and out. They tested both to my satisfaction and answered any questions. Great attitudes and work.
I was unable to light the pilot light on my 10 year old water heater. Neil Johnson was dispatched and quickly told me it needed to be replaced and that he might be able to return later in the day to install the new one. Luckily for me he did return and within a couple of hours I had a new water heater. I commend his…

These guys completely replaced 2 full systems (compressor, coils, furnace) replaced all ductwork, rebuilt plenums, and added a supply duct/vent upstairs. It was a full house overhaul. I got several quotes from companies that just wanted to sell me new units, however R.S. Andrews spent hours checking the entire house…

Ladarian Raymond was the RS Andrews representative who came out to my house and evaluated our needs. He answered all my questions and provided several options. From the time Of our first conversation with Ms Laurie it was about four hours later that Winston Hines came to our house. Winston inspected our system then explained what we needed. From there he proceeded to explain what we would be getting for our money. Five days later Mandy and Zack showed up with the…
They did an installation on two new units for our home. They also provided quarterly maintenance of our units to keep them running at optimum performance.
Loren had to cut out a five foot section of drywall and repaired our broken pipe and also installed a “shut off valve” so if need be in the future we can partially shut off that area of pipe and not have to shut off the water supply to the entire house. He was very professional, courteous and explained the process well.
Gary was excellent. Professional and very skilled. 👍😀
Danny was very professional and helpful in making decision of services needed. I'm very satisfied with all upcoming plans.
I got them to install a brand new HVAC System around March. I’ve been calling the company to come out to look at it. Every two weeks or so because the AC keep shutting off. Now that it’s cold outside the unit is not heating my house. Called them for the issues twice now. And the problem is not fixed. For the amount…

Jean was nice and professional
It is so great to work with professionals. We have worked with their plumbers, electricians and HVAC divisions and they can all see the notes from each other about our home. They have so much more knowledge than other companies that we have hired in the past. We have met their apprentices and it is just another…
Paid $10k for a new HVAC system, new water-heater, and a replaced PRV valve. Techs and sales guy were all wonderful. However, I never received my (2) free maintenance visits after the install, told them that my condenser unit on the outside of my house had drainage problems and was growing algae. They said my…
upon hiring and seem like this was a good company. We spent over $16,000 on two new units with them. Within two days one of the units didn’t work. It had to be cleaned out because they did not clean out the drip line when they installed it. Less than a year later we also had a pump fail to the other unit in the…
Thoroughly satisfied with RS Andrews! I purchased a home that needed a complicated fix to a poorly installed hvac system. I got multiple quotes, but RS Andrews were the ones who really listened, diagnosed my needs, and came up with the best solution without trying to sell me what THEY wanted to sell. LaDarian…

Very clean, respectful of your home, great friendly attitudes and they delivered more than what I asked. I’m happy with my experience with RS Andrews.
I have been a loyal RS Andrews customer for years and my recent experience is why I continue to be. Our system broke on a very hot day and we easily scheduled an appointment for a tech to inspect our unit. Our tech gave a thorough and helpful report on the issues with our system, explained our options and the costs…
Install team was great. (Curtis and one other gentleman)Professional. Dedicated. Hard working. Customer focused.
When our old unit started malfunctioning they sent someone to come and fix the issue pretty quickly which was greatly appreciated since it was winter and our toddler isn't fond of wearing long PJs at night. The patch job only lasted a couple weeks (as the technician informed us it would) so our next step was to…
Ladarian Raymond is knowledgeable, professional, and nice.
From our technician, Tim Golden, and our sales representative, LaDarian Raymond through to the installers, Emanuel & Chris, we had a great HVAC purchase & replacement experience. R.S. Andrews made the HVAC financing affordable & we are more comfortable than ever with our new York unit that comes with a 10 year warranty.
Emmanuel & Chris did a great job installing my new AC system. It was hard work on their part and they installed it in my attic which was blazing hot up there. I am greatly appreciative of their hard work and will continue to use RS Andrews in the future! thanks again
These guys were great. Took care of everything 1st time. A+
Zack and Curtis were on-time, very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and took the time to make sure I knew what was going on, why they were doing what they did, and how things would work when they left after installing the new system. A great experience, one that I will heartily recommend to friends and family. Ed
They were awesome me and my family are much more comfortable more than ever with the ac running back to normal 😁😁😁 The service crew was awesome and I just want to say thank youuuuuu!! And God bless you!!
In the beginning I was very disappointed with the changing of the pricing as I signed one agreement and then all of a sudden the price is changing because the tech missed something he should’ve checked and seen in the beginning. Now they messed up my budget and I’m screwed with having to pay other things. I was…
