I’m in real need for insulation in my attic. R S Andrews representative, Albert Fabelo III, was both courteous and respectful. He is certified NADCA VMT and addressed my concerns with his knowledge. I was very impressed with his manners and confidence. Also, I’ve been very happy with both outdoor and indoor plumbing issues with my plumbing issues.

Unbelievably outstanding work. Extremely knowledgeable, as he called out some problems I knew I had 2 or 3 years ago, but the quotes for other companies were crazy high. Those are fixed also. Planning to do a Tankless early next year and Neil is the only person I plan to do the job.
Pau was so kind, very informative, and great at getting the job done correctly!!

David and Brian were professional knowledgeable and friendly. In my opinion, they went above and beyond the call of duty.
I have been a customer of RSAndrews for 11 years, and have always had exceptional and professional service. Toilets fixed, showers fixed for no hot water, eventually a hot water heater replacement, fixtures replaced, always immaculate. This week I discovered from my utility company I have a leak alarm. Monday,…
Absolutely impressed with the two gentlemen installers. They had challenges working in tight spots. They did not stop until the job was finished.
The best!!!
David arrived early, was very professional, and identified and repaired the problems in short order.

ERIC DID A GOOD JOB OF RESPONDING TO AN URGENT CALL FOR A SHUTOFF VALVE NOT CLOSING AND LEAD TO WATER LEAKING AT THE SPIGOT AND ENTERING THE BASEMENT THROUGH THE SILL PLATE. ONCE HE IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM I HAD HIM INSTALL TWO 45-DEGREE SHUT OFF VALVE ON TWO OF THE THREE SPIGOT (IT WAS COST PROHIBITIVE FOR THE…
Brennan did an awesome job. He and Rich built a copper manifold for us. Our old one which was broken was a product that last 7 years. We hope that the copper one is the best choice. Brennan was so helpful either by text or call when we had questions. I definitely recommend RS Andrew’s.
We've been working with RS Andrews for a long time...more than 10 years. Frankly, I sort of surprised to say that we have NEVER had anything other than outstanding service. Just recently we had a minor gas leak. We discovered it at 10 pm Saturday. I put a 'request' in to their website not expecting to hear from…
Jonathan solved several plumbing issues for us today. He was persistent in finding a needed part, picked it up and returned to complete the job. We would certainly recommend him.
Great experience with RS Andrews. Jason did a great job - he was up front and did the job well. We’ll definitely consider using them again for future needs and projects. Dispatch had a plumber out the next day, inside the time window they provided, and with a call to say our Plumber James R. Jr was 30 minutes away. James was an extremely knowledgeable professional. Eric is a skilled professional plumber. He quickly and efficiently did a toilet rebuild and then removed and sealed off an abandoned gas line. I’m going to be asking for him the next time U need a plumber.
We had another good service visit from RS Andrews. There was a water leak in our master bathroom. The technician (Daniel De Los Reyes) did a great job of identifying the source of the leak and talking me through the repair process. He also offered helpful suggestions outside of the scope of the repair.
On time professional service. Dale was our plumber and I don’t want any other. It’s the first time I got plumbing done right the first time. Two other plumbers were called in the past for my same problem. Both times my dining room ceiling dripped water and had to be replaced. All my questions were answered by Dale…
If I could give RS Andrews...and more specifically their electrician Max Borelli 10 Stars, I would. He came out in critical emergency, diagnosed the problem immediately, fixed it and was gone in less than an hour. Any employer should be proud to have such a worker. RS Andrews does it, yet again.
Thomas Conner was courteous, punctual, and highly professional. He discussed in detail what needed to be done to resolve my issues.
I've worked with this team for small plumbing repairs, a MASSIVE plumbing project, and HVAC maintenance and replacement. In all cases the team was incredibly professional, the pricing is very reasonable, problems were completed and fantastic advice given (and explanations a plumbing novice could understand). Great communication and easy to schedule.
Petronio did a fantastic job.

Gave permission to go into my ceiling. Butchered my ceiling, while cutting to locate leaks, he cut electrical wires and pipes. By the way, my husband found the leak. Our master bathroom shower was leaking so much water that we had to close the main water valve to our home. Pau came up promptly with an excellent temporary solution and a good proposal for a permanent solution.
