I’m in real need for insulation in my attic. R S Andrews representative, Albert Fabelo III, was both courteous and respectful. He is certified NADCA VMT and addressed my concerns with his knowledge. I was very impressed with his manners and confidence. Also, I’ve been very happy with both outdoor and indoor plumbing issues with my plumbing issues.

Our toilet isn’t making an insane ringing sound anymore, and also took initiative to point out other items to eventually throw on our to do list. He also gave us great maintenance advice. Charles was very professional and efficient. Very knowledgeable. The toilet was $217.00 and the cost of the plumbing was $489.00. I tipped him $60.00. The toilet is very wobbly and they’ll have to comeback and place some plastic or rubber shins beneath it to balance it!!! This shouldve been done upon the first visit!!!
My experience was excellent, the service tech Ezequiel came in , explained what he would be doing. He put on his footies and went to work replacing our toilet. When he finished he our overflow tank and our pressure valve. Everything was completely in one day.
Our AC / Heater finally threw in the towel after 11 years of keeping us warm in the winters and cool in the summers, so I finally had to call the people who sold it to us, RS Andrews. They gave it an autopsy and pronounced it was a goner. So of course, I ordered another one. Looking forward to another 11 years with RS Andrews.
