Paul and Aidan were prompt and very professional throughout the process, keeping me informed of their progress throughout. They reviewed every item on the contract prior to beginning their work. They assured that we were satisfied with the job they did prior to paying the bill. They also reviewed proper care and maintenance of our new water heater.

My water heater replacement from RS Andrews went very well. The replacement was very expensive - about $2400 to replace a basic no frills electric Rheem water heater in kind.
