This is a long overdue review. Craig replaced our pool filter because it had sprung a leak. He had a competitive quote and the inspection, removal and installation took no time at all. The work was done well. I found him to be honest and reliable.

We are so happy to have found Saddleback pool services. Our former pool service company was doing horrible work. Our pool was full of algae. Criag and his team have done their due diligence to make sure that our pool is healthy, clean and free of algae he dedicated the first two weeks showed up two times a week to make sure that the algae problem was cleared. We are beyond happy with their service. And their expertise knowledge.

The best pool service we have ever had! Craig is always on time and follows his schedule. His prices are certainly fair and our pool water looks crystal clear. He also spends time taking care of the pool instead of just pouring chemicals in the water and leaving after five minutes!

I’ve been looking for someone to service the big fountain in my backyard. The fountain has a pump and filter system similar to that for pools that’s why several companies that service fountains weren’t able to handle it. I’m so glad I found Saddleback Mountain pool service! Craig was responsive and came the same day I called. I have been working with them for several months now and couldn’t be happier!

It took me five different pool companies before I finally found Saddleback Mountain Pool and Spa Service, and I’m very glad I did. I operate an Airbnb, so our pool and spa get a lot of use and must remain clean, safe, and guest-ready at all times.
They have done an outstanding job. They are reliable, knowledgeable, thorough, and pay attention to details that other companies missed. The water looks crystal clear, the equipment is properly maintained, and I finally have confidence that everything is being handled correctly.
I highly recommend them, especially to Airbnb and vacation-rental owners who need dependable, professional pool service.
