We are so happy to have found Saddleback pool services. Our former pool service company was doing horrible work. Our pool was full of algae. Criag and his team have done their due diligence to make sure that our pool is healthy, clean and free of algae he dedicated the first two weeks showed up two times a week to…
I went to this company after extreme dissatisfaction with a prior pool service. This company is honest and prices are reasonable. Employees have been very helpful and always on time every week.
It took me five different pool companies before I finally found Saddleback Mountain Pool and Spa Service, and I’m very glad I did. I operate an Airbnb, so our pool and spa get a lot of use and must remain clean, safe, and guest-ready at all times. They have done an outstanding job. They are reliable, knowledgeable,…
They are very reliable and do a great job! I have no complaints.
So much respect for Craig ( the owner ), and his professional team and employees . He is all hands on and cares for his client to be content and satisfied. He cares and is very respectful. They have been servicing my pool for the last 3 months, and so far I have been very happy.
Great service, expertise and professionals..
I was going on an extended vacation and needed a pool service while gone. Saddleback did great job at keeping my pool clean and maintaining the water chemistry. Came back to a sparkling pool!
On time every week—send a picture following cleaning and maintenance. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Saddleback!
Saddleback Mountain pool and spa has been taken care of my pool for five years. Theyare the best. Juan is so great with my dog. She always has to come out and say hi.to him
We’ve had this pool for 25 years, and have had a number of different pool people taking care of it. This is by far the most superior service we have had. So glad to discover you! Roberto comes to our house every week and leaves our pool spic and span! We have also used their repair team and they are just as stellar……
Saddleback Mountain pool and spa service is the best. They spend the time to make your pool sparkle. Our pool has never been as clean as it is now with them taking care of it. We highly recommend. Joel did an amazing job today cleaning up after the winds.
I am super happy with my pool service. Craig has always been available to talk and did what he said he would do. He showed up in person to help me with my issues that I had with my pool. From cleaning, to help me figure out teh new Pentair equipment. The service techs are professional and do their work well.…
I have been very fortunate to find such an honest, hardworking pool service. They arrive every week and never rush. They provide excellent service and keep my pool beautiful!
Responsible, reliable , easy to work with and quality work! Craig’s team came highly recommended by our neighbor and we are happy to confirm and pass on the recommendation with 5+ stars. Craig’s team takes their time and does not rush through, like another company we had in the past, they really care and do a…
Love having RJ take care of the pool for us every week. They are so good that I even forget there’s something like pool maintenance! They take care of everything.
Great service, on time and wonderful customer service!
Graig and his team are great. We have used them for years. Personable and friendly team who know what they are doing.
I’ve recently switched to this company for my weekly pool cleaning. I’ve been super happy with their service. They vacuum the pool in every visit and send me a report with a picture of the pool after the cleaning. They also let me know if there is anything wrong with my pool equipment and advise me how I can do it fix myself.
The former landlord recommended this swimming pool service company to me. It is really excellent. They come to clean my swimming pool every Tuesday. The price and service are excellent! I will recommend it to more neighbors and friends!
My pool was green and gross. I had different companies making some insane suggestions and giving me crazy quotes. Until a neighbor suggested Saddleback Mountain. Craig was breath of fresh air with his knowledge and honesty. He and his team worked very hard to get my pool back in shape and the pool has been looking…
