I needed a last minute appointment on a Saturday. I called and spoke with Debbie. She got me right in. I needed to get layers done and clean up from a grow out that was starting to look rough. I have very fine hair. She made my hair look healthy and full with perfect layers.

Salon 316 was a beautiful studio and it was such a welcoming and cozy environment! I worked with Debbie and she was so charming and interested in my life and she is so talented when it comes to coloring and styling!! She is so great with layers and color!!! I highly recommend this salon!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Salon 3:16 and Debbie! I walked into the salon right at closing time just to inquire about getting my hair colored, fully expecting to have to schedule an appointment for another day. Instead, Debbie went above and beyond! Without hesitation, she graciously stayed open late to take care of me and make me feel beautiful again that very same evening!
Not only is Debbie incredibly kind, accommodating, and talented, but the salon itself is absolutely immaculate, beautiful, and welcoming! You can truly tell she takes pride in her work and her business. I am absolutely in LOVE with my new hair color, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience!
