Alexa slayed my hair. Exactly what I wanted cut and color wise. And she was great to talk to and she hit every note she sang along to the playlist. Beautiful soul and a great hair stylist. Al the other staff was also so kind and gassed me up the whole time
As always, the service and execution was a gift to experience.
Sydney always does a great job with my curly/wavy hair. I especially appreciated her skill this summer because the way she cut it made it way less poofy than it normally gets when it's humid. The salon itself is also nice and I love that they use Aveda products.
Maria was wonderful, as soon as I walked in, she was ready for me and guided me through every step of the process. I loved the final result and truly enjoyed my time there.

Jaida was my stylist and did an excellent job! Got a short layered cut and I absolutely adore it. My stylist was really mindful about listening to what I wanted and I left super happy with my experience!

I love my hair! Margaret did an amazing job listening to me and helping me decide on a cut! She also gave me some good care-taking advice and my hair looks so much healthier now ❤️
I’m consistently pleased with Maria’s haircuts and styling. I have short hair, and it’s rare for someone to get the back perfectly even - but Maria always does! She’s an expert IMO. She’s also friendly, compassionate, and listens well. She makes sure you’re totally satisfied with your cut before leaving her chair, and I always am.
Ebony is the greatest stylist in Knoxville. She is charming and does a great job. If she seems cranky, it’s because of all the cranky customers she gets! 😘

I have a new salon! I was nervous to let someone new do my color and cut but I’m so glad I gave them a try. My hair is totally amazing, Krista made my color look beyond great with the color and Margaret finished it off with a wonderful cut. I couldn’t ask for a better first time experience!!

Stephanie was phenomenal. She was so thorough with the consultation to make sure I was getting what I wanted. She was very knowledgeable on products, very kind, and lovely to talk to. The salon itself was a great experience. Everyone was kind and provided a luxurious experience. This is truly the best salon I’ve ever been to.
I had a wonderful experience! Both the COFA staff and the Deaf hairstylist were friendly, welcoming, and professional. My Deaf hairstylist listened carefully to exactly how I wanted my spiral curls, and she took the time to make every curl look beautiful. She even fixed a few curls that didn’t turn out quite right…

I have followed Alexa from her last salon and she is truly my hair soulmate! She fixed my bad cut and did an incredible job! Could not ask for a better hairstylist. I would trust her with my life, my children, my taxes, flying a plane, any work in my house, and cooking a proper steak. 10/10

Rachel always does a fantastic job with my haircuts. She listens to ideas that I have and takes into account my hair texture to achieve it. Plus, she takes the time to explain how she styles my hair, so I can make my best attempt to replicate it. I always leave the salon happy!
Maria always leave my hair looking good its hard to find someone that cuts good layers specially on long thick hair but Maria always leaves them blended and I always walk out with a good blow out that lasts!
