Excellent and efficient service. Same day service accomodatred my time constraints. Less that two days between diagnosis of problem and completion of fix (required parts). Highly recommended
Friendly, knowledgeable Kevin did a wonderfully professional job repairing a fried solenoid water spritzer in our Electrolux dryer. I called in the afternoon and he truly came SameDay, when he must have just wanted to go home. He was really nice, explaining clearly about the problem, the options, the cost, and then…
Same day service was exceptionally accommodating. I needed my dryer fixed and due to circumstances from what was wrong with the dryer things had to be delayed a bit. However, due to their knowledge they were able to diagnose the possible issue with the dryer without looking at it. A part that was needed was ordered…
I had a really great experience, from scheduling to follow up and especially with Dave our technician. Communication was excellent and service was terrific. Dave knows what he’s doing and quickly diagnosed and fixed our problem, thank you!
Absolutely hired this company for all your appliance services. Efficient, great service and communication
Excellent from scheduling to Mike, the serviceman…fully understands the unit and explained the situation. Best service give ever experienced.
Kevan was an excellent technician. Efficient, knowledgeable and prompt. Highly recommend.
Only 5 star reviews? How is this possible for any business? In any case our experience with the scheduler and technician were good. However the big failure was failing to inform us that it would be our responsibility to move our stacked dryer to the floor so that it could be serviced. We only found this out when the…
Same Day Service Co. Inc. responded to my outreach quickly. Arrived at 10:20 AM and was out by 11:05 AM. Replaced the drum motor system in my ancient Maytag Centennial for a fair price. Dave, the technician was great! Highly recommend this company 🫡
Fast and friendly service.
Scheduled quickly, arrived on time, job finished. We have used this company many times and can’t recommend enough.
Same Day Sevice is the best. Transparency professional and competent.
I initially thought I made the wrong decision when I was quoted a price to repair the dryer motor that was similar to the price of a new lower end dryer. The failed motor was only one of the dryer’s problems. Yet because the old counter top high dryer is impossible to replace with the same size, I went ahead, and…
They sent someone over in 24 hours of us calling about our broken dryer. Dave was great he diagnosed the problem quickly and the team found the spare parts we needed so he could come back before the weekend to do the repair.
