What a beautiful job they did!! We had 2 different floors, damage to many areas, and stairs. Everything was matched and finished with detail. From start to finish, the process was streamlined. Santiago and his team were professional, punctual and rose above our expectations. Highly recommend.
We hired Santigo's hardwood flooring to refinish around 1600sq/ft of 70yr old oak floors and to install 450 sq/ft of engineered hardwood in 2 other rooms. Santiago and his team were respectful, communicative, very fairly priced and finished the job ahead of schedule. I will recommend anyone looking for these type of…
I found Santiago on google, he came same day, got me a quote within hours. Me and the wife sat on it for a couple of months. We finally scheduled him, and immediately I was thrilled. He and his team were courteous, and did phenomenal work. He made our hardwood floors look brand new! If you need a hardwood floor team, you must call Santiago!
Santiago Hardwood Flooring did an outstanding job repairing and refinishing the hardwood floors throughout my entire 2,200-square-foot home. The floors look absolutely beautiful, and the quality of the workmanship exceeded my expectations. The team was responsive, efficient, and kept the work area remarkably clean…
Santiago and his team refinished wood floors in our house that were in need of repair. They came out right away to quote the work, were very affordable, and did a beautiful job color matching, sanding, staining, and finishing the floors. They look brand new!
Santiago and his crew did an excellent job on sanding and refinishing the hardwood floors throughout my house! Great to work with, knowledgeable and dependable. I would highly recommend them!
Santiago flooring was the first to get back to us with an estimate. We waited 2 weeks more from his known competitor. His estimate was less $$, and he was willing to tackle a situation that his competitor was not. Santiago's workers were on time, clean, and respectful. Highly recommend for repairs, finishes, and installation of wood flooring.
Had carpet removed, and hardwood floors sanded and refinished. Santiago was my fourth estimate and even though one was lowest, they would not move my large furniture. I'm always a bit paranoid about contractors. After first day I felt trusting, calm. I had many questions and truly enjoyed his hard-working staff -…
Santiago and his crew are great my wife and I highly recommend him. Santiago refinished our hardwood floors that have been hidden since the 1940’s. The floors are beautiful and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Hire this crew if you need a hardwood floor contractor.
Santiago and his crew did a beautiful job refinishing our hardwood floors. This is the second job in our home and both times they have been on-time, neat, and thorough. I would use their service again in the future if I need a flooring contractor.
Santiago and crew were amazing thru all three phases of our remodeling project. Finished the upper floor, came back and finished the main floor and then installed new floors and steps in an addition. All three sections are perfect by wonderful craftsman and match beautifully throughout our split level home. Thank you!
Santiago removed carpet and refinished the hardwood underneath. He did impeccable work. He explained everything fully, his crew worked in a timely manner, and the pricing was very reasonable. I would recommend this company.
Santiago was great in every way, from his timeliness, professionalism, work quality, etc.
We have used Santiago twice now and his work is exceptional. He shows great attention to detail and is very reasonably priced. Responsive and a pleasure to work with!
Santiago and his team did a great job for us, tear away our old carpet, fixed the squeak, added prime molding, sanding and apply oil based finish for my first and second floor, made the original hardwood (60 years old) floor shine as new. Before sanding they cover our cabinets to prevent the dust, so after work the…
Santiago refinished the hardwood floors in my kitchen and the work he completed was phenomenal. He was flexible with my schedule, showed up on time, finished the job quickly, left the kitchen very clean and the finished product is absolutely beautiful! His attention to detail did not go unnoticed! I highly…
Santiago and his team refinished the hardwood in several rooms and a set of stairs in my home, all of which were in very rough shape. Santiago responded to my call immediately and put me on his schedule right away. The team was very professional. Work was impeccable. Color matching from newly refinished floor to…
