Santiago and his crew have done multiple projects for us, and will be the only company we use from now on for all our hardwood flooring needs. They are reliable, dependable, responsive, and very reasonably priced. Best of all, they take great pride in their work and go above and beyond what most contractors are…
We hired Santigo's hardwood flooring to refinish around 1600sq/ft of 70yr old oak floors and to install 450 sq/ft of engineered hardwood in 2 other rooms. Santiago and his team were respectful, communicative, very fairly priced and finished the job ahead of schedule. I will recommend anyone looking for these type of…
Santiago and his crew were prompt, organized and meticulous in their work. They installed engineered hardwood flooring throughout our first floor, and they did a fabulous job! From the new matching wood heating vents to the challenges of a curved built-in wine rack, their results were beautiful. Santiago was an…
If you need any flooring work done in the Gladwyne or Mainline area, Santiago flooring should be your company! You need to have them on speed dial! They did an incredible repair to half of the hardwood floor in our family room, what had been water damaged by a broken pipe. The color match is amazing! You would never…

Santiago and his team did an amazing job. They fixed our 50 year old floors so that they don't squeak anymore (we didn't think it could be done). We will definitely hire them again when it's time to refinish our floors.
Santiago and his team did a fantastic job refinishing the hardwood floor in our living room and stairs. They also did work for us back in April when we had our kitchen renovated. His team installed new hardwood flooring in the kitchen and hallway. Then they sanded and stained all the new flooring as well as the…
Santiago's Hardwood Flooring came highly recommended to us from a happy customer. Santiago and his team did an amazing job removing tile board from our kitchen floor. It was a tough job that other companies weren't willing to do. They also installed new vinyl plank flooring on our first floor. The quality of work…
When we were looking for someone to install flooring, we were eager to have it done right away. I saw the 5 star reviews and thought I would give Santiago’s a shot. I couldn’t be more pleased with how it went. Not only could they do it right away, they did a fabulous job. Everything went smoothly, which in my…
We asked Santiago and his team to completely demo our first floor flooring and replace it with hardwoods throughout. The previous flooring was old hardwood, kitchen tile and carpet, on varying levels. Santiago and his team were super easy to work with. They came in during the initial visit and explained…
Santiago and crew were amazing thru all three phases of our remodeling project. Finished the upper floor, came back and finished the main floor and then installed new floors and steps in an addition. All three sections are perfect by wonderful craftsman and match beautifully throughout our split level home. Thank you!
Santiago and his crew were very professional throughout the entire process. We had them restore the hardwoods throughout the entire house and repair and install new hardwood in small sections. Once completed, everything was matched and refinished beautifully. Very honest and trustworthy.
Santiago just finished installing a new floor in my family room and refinishing my kitchen floor - he did a fantastic job. We have an old house and the family room floor is on an older concrete slab. The floor was not level - this was not an easy installation. Santiago made the new floor match the refinished floor…

Santiago and his team did a great job for us, tear away our old carpet, fixed the squeak, added prime molding, sanding and apply oil based finish for my first and second floor, made the original hardwood (60 years old) floor shine as new. Before sanding they cover our cabinets to prevent the dust, so after work the…
Santiago and his team did such a great job refinishing the existing hardwood on our first floor and made it look brand new! He also replaced our carpets on the second floor and basement stairs to hardwood flooring and it looks great! They worked overtime and long hours to get the work done on time. Thanks again Santiago!
I contracted Mr. Santiago to do my stairs. They had carpet before. He supplied, installed, and finished the treads and raisers. His job was excellent and professional. He and his team showed up on time. They prepped the space so dust wont go all over the house. They were respectful. Their job is clean and…
Extremely professional and hardworking. The quality of his work is exceptional! Mr. Santiago installed flooring in our home and refinished our hardwood steps that were “hidden” under carpet and very old glued on linoleum flooring. He’s absolutely a miracle worker and I would highly recommend him.
Words can not express how happy I am that I hired Mr. Santiago to repair my steps. From the first day he arrived to give me an estimate he was on time, very professional and reasonably affordable. He and his team arrived with facial masks on time ready to work. They completed the the job within a few hours and…
