Saturn Electric really does go above and beyond. From our initial conversation with Andrew about what we were hoping to accomplish, to Rick coming out to walk through everything and put together an estimate, to Rick and Tony completing the work, every interaction was exceptional.
We had a fairly substantial two day project in our new-to-us home, including upgrading to a 200 amp main panel, adding whole home surge protection, installing an automatic transfer switch for a future generator, and adding a garage subpanel with additional receptacles and capacity for a future EV charger.
Electrical work on a new-to-you home isn’t necessarily the most exciting place to spend money. We don’t often find ourselves showing off new outlets, our breaker panel, or a transfer switch. Ha! There IS something delightful, though, about having a big project checked off and knowing it was done by kind, knowledgeable, and communicative folks. Rick and Tony did beautiful work, answered our questions along the way, and left us feeling confident that everything was done as it should be.
If and when we have future electrical needs, I won’t hesitate to call Saturn. It is such a pleasure to find a company and a team that you feel good about inviting back into your home.
