Peace of mind ... trees being trimmed before storms! Great job by SAVATREE including cleanup. Next door neighbor didn't even realize they were there. Quick too. Revised schedule as necessary to work around our neighborhood repaving.

The crew, Daniel, Javier and Eric, did a fantastic job pruning and trimming six large trees on our property. They were professional, did what we asked, and were courteous. We would recommend them.
Everyone is so profesional and skilled.
They cut down a relatively large 18" diameter Redwood tree for me. Satisfied with the final result. The good 1. Very attentive to customer feedback and they do make an effort to take care of the customer. 2. Fully geared up crew with all the safety equipment. 3. Competitive prices. 4. They employ certified arborists to help with permits. What could be improved on is closer crew management. The issues we had: 1. The stump treatment got skipped. If it wasn't for the security camera recording the area I wouldn't have even known. But they did make it right in the end. 2. The crew cut down our chatty opportunistic nextdoor neighbor's small tree (I'm assuming for some cash) and fed the remains to their wood chipper on the first day. 3. Second day the person coming over to finish our stump grinding did so, but left a mountain of mulch there and proceeded to grind the stump of the said opportunistic neighbor, then left. They did come back the next day to remove the rest of the mulch.
