100/10 love this place! But who do I talk to about the music? I think majority of people would agree that we rather listen to the ocean and calming sounds not slowed down piano versions of songs we hear everyday. Please change it back!!
Rema is amazing! I came today for the Detox Wrap and massage, she made sure every single part of my experience today was great! I will be back to see her soon and make sure to refer all of my friends!

I went to ck in no one was at the desk waited 10 minutes than the message person didn’t do what I asked her the whole time she was foucing on my neck I didn’t have headaches I end up with one and they booked me at 5pm and the close at 6pm and my message was 50 minutes by the time she asked me if I want tea she got…

When I first arrived I was 15 minutes early to enjoy a hot tea and read my book prior to my 90 min. massage. There was not anyone there to greet me or sign me in. When someone did come they informed me their internet was down. Which I understand. I was then shown a locker, given a robe, but no sandals. Could not find anyone to give me any. I went to the waiting room had to ask for tea. They brought me tea, but as soon as it came I was up. My massage was good but seemed rushed. Still nobody was aware that I was walking around barefoot and did not offer me any sandals. I asked for tea again. I was able to read for a bit and enjoy tea. When I went to check out they only had one of my gift cards when I gave them to the first person. She had to leave and go find the person who took my gift cards. I’m glad I suggested she do so since it was a substantial amount and I physically brought in the cards. Lack of communication within the staff was disappointing, the massage was mediocre, but we pay extra also for the ambience and customer service, that just wasn’t there Saturday morning.
They are getting very popular.
